STEP 1: ASSESSMENT AND ANALYSIS 

Our mission is to deliver value for our clients through quantifiable and sustained results. We must clearly understand the current state of your organization to help you develop and execute a future state plan. The scope, breadth, depth, and duration of the assessment and analysis will be based on the magnitude of change needed in your organization. In most cases we’ll begin with a deep dive value stream map. Working closely with your leaders and associates, we’ll ask questions, listen and develop a thorough understanding of your management operating system, your culture, the operational problems that exist, your performance metrics, your labor and equipment utilization, your information flows, staff skill / task alignment and the propensity for change. 

STEP 2: DEVELOP CUSTOMIZED EXECUTION STRATEGY 

With the results of the deep dive value stream assessment in hand, we’ll work with your engagement steering committee to define the change needed to achieve your operational performance goals. The strategy will include detailed action plans, deliverables, a guiding coalition of key leaders and associates who embrace the change, and quantifiable goals that will be used to measure our success.  

STEP 3: EXECUTE IMPROVEMENTS

Improvements will be implemented through TriStar Executionâ„¢ or TriStar LASRâ„¢ Improvement Events. TriStar Executionâ„¢ is based on traditional project management methods while TriStar LASRâ„¢ events are fast paced action workouts designed to engage your process owners in making rapid change, owning the results, and taking responsibility for sustaining the improvements.   

STEP 4: VALIDATION, COMMUNICATION, & CONTROL

Once improvements have been made, sustainability of the results will be achieved through a well communicated handoff to the process owners which includes training by our consultants and their peers who were involved in developing the improvement. Results will be measured and reviewed on a regular basis to ensure sustained results.  

STEP 5: FOLLOW-UP & COACHING

Our team is always ready and willing to help you achieve your goals. If the process owners need additional support to sustain the improvements, call us. We will be more than happy to provide follow-up site visits and coaching.
